All orders are shipped from our storage facility in Bamberg, Germany with DHL. Upon authorization of payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

We strive to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email. This code allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey until its arrival.

We lovingly pack your treasures ourselves, striving to reuse most of the packaging from our shipments. Since many of our products are breakable, we take extra care to ensure they are securely packed.
