Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from ROYA, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose between the following:

Use our prepaid return label
– A fee of €6.00 will be deducted from your refund.
– A link to download your label will be emailed to you after your return request is submitted. -
Use your own shipping label
– Upon request, we will provide you with the return address.
– You must send us the tracking number.
Free Returns for Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, ROYA will fully cover the return shipping costs.
In this case, please get in touch with us immediately with photos of the issue.
